Orange City, Florida – An Orange City man, Markland Roberts, was acquitted by a jury of manslaughter and attempted manslaughter charges in the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Xyrus Zelaya and wounding of Jacob Hope during a trial held in Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
