RIVERDALE, GA – The Riverdale community is mourning the loss of a beloved gas station employee following a fatal shooting at a Circle K on Highway 85. Clayton County Police are intensifying their search for the suspect involved in the Friday night tragedy.
The suspect, described as a masked man, entered the store with a gun and demanded money. In a shocking turn of events, he managed to shoot the clerk through a protective glass, resulting in the clerk’s death.

Police responded to the emergency call around 11 p.m. and discovered the victim, identified by locals as Muhammad, with a fatal gunshot wound. The suspect fled the scene in a black Dodge Journey SUV, which had no license plates.
