NEW YORK, NY – A man was arrested in connection with a shooting that killed one person and wounded three others in Queens last month. Eric Foster, 39, was apprehended and charged with murder, attempted murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon for the Dec. 22 shooting. The incident occurred around 3:20 p.m. on 143rd St. near Foch Blvd. in South Jamaica.
According to police, Kenni Dunn, 29, and three other men were standing near a car when Foster approached and opened fire. Dunn was shot in the back and later succumbed to his injuries at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. The other three victims, aged 29, 36, and 43, suffered gunshot wounds to various parts of their bodies and were also taken to the hospital.
