The victim, identified as 20-year-old Mileena Brown, was shot twice by an unknown man who then fled the scene. In an effort to gather more information, police released surveillance footage showing the suspects entering a Harold’s Chicken outlet near 79th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue. The video also captures them loitering in the vicinity, providing a lead for detectives working on the case.
