CLEVELAND, Ohio – Authorities have issued an arrest warrant more than a year after a car crash resulted in a deadly explosion in Cleveland. The suspect, identified as Christopher Terry, 39, is accused of driving a 2019 Dodge Challenger at 123 miles per hour, causing a fatal crash.
