Broward Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest following the tragic incident involving 25-year-old Brandon Wamley.
On August 28, 2025, law enforcement officials responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 500 block of Northwest Sixth Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Wamley suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators have indicated that the shooting appears to be an isolated event, suggesting that Wamley and the individual suspected of the shooting were known to each other.
