ADIYAMAN, TURKEY – In a disturbing incident at a hospital in South Central Turkey, a man tragically took the life of his ex-wife. Captured on security cameras, Attilla Ayenopi entered the facility with a concealed shotgun, targeting Esser Karaka, a medical secretary at the hospital.
The chilling footage shows Ayenopi dressed in black, entering Karaka’s office, leading to a desperate struggle as she and a colleague tried to resist him. Ayenopi chased Karaka down a stairwell, where he fatally shot her as she tried to shield herself.
