Friends and family filled the Crossroads Church to pay their respects and celebrate the young father, brother, and son, who was remembered for his uplifting spirit.
As emotions ran high, Bevan’s mother, Anabel, reflected on her son’s life and faith. “Today is the day we say farewell, and while I know you’re with the Lord now, it doesn’t make saying goodbye any simpler,” she said, struggling to hold back tears during the memorial service.

Steven Bevan was fatally shot on July 1 during an altercation on the road in Tempe, Arizona.
