Family of Slain Buffalo Bills Fan Pleads for Shooter to Come Forward

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The mother of Dylan Brody Isaacs, the Buffalo Bills fan who was tragically shot and killed after a Miami Dolphins game, made a heartfelt plea on Friday. Susan Isaacs urged the shooter to come forward and ease her family’s suffering. At a news conference outside the Miami Gardens Police Department, Isaacs met with detectives to inquire about her son’s case. Dylan Isaacs, 30, was killed near Hard Rock Stadium on Jan. 7 after attending the Dolphins game against the Bills. More than a month after the incident, no arrests have been made.

During the press conference, Isaacs described her son as “everything.” After the game, Isaacs and his friends were walking through traffic when a driver of an older model silver four-door Honda Accord drove erratically and hit a pedestrian. According to a family friend, after Isaacs ran toward the car, a man got out of the vehicle and fired shots before speeding off. Isaacs died at the scene. Police later located the sedan in West Palm Beach, roughly 60 miles from the stadium, and questioned a person of interest before letting him go. However, Miami Gardens investigators have not yet identified the shooter.

At the news conference, Isaacs expressed her deep desire to find closure and heal, appealing for anyone with information to come forward. She indicated that her only hope is to bring the perpetrator to justice and prevent anyone else from experiencing the pain her family has endured. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for anonymous tips leading to the arrest of the man responsible for Isaacs’ death. During the emotional plea, Isaacs implored, “Just come forward, please, just come forward. I can’t carry any other feelings but the hurt I feel for my son, it will never go away. I got to live with this for the rest of my life.”

To provide assistance, individuals with information on the homicide are urged to call Miami Gardens Police Homicide Detective M. Lissade at 305-474-1620.
