Fatal Shooting in Las Vegas Neighborhood After Robbery Chase Leaves One Dead, One Injured

Las Vegas, Nevada – One person was fatally shot and another sustained life-threatening injuries after pursuing individuals who had robbed them in a Las Vegas neighborhood, as per the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

The victims were reportedly robbed at gunpoint in a home’s garage in the 5200 block of Greene Lane, near South Maryland Parkway and East Hacienda Avenue. Subsequently, the victims chased the assailants, resulting in a physical altercation and gunfire a few blocks away from the initial incident.

According to the police, both victims were immediately transported to a hospital, where one of them succumbed to their injuries, while the other was deemed to be in critical condition.

As of Saturday evening, no arrests had been made. The deceased individual will be identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.
