GRAND BLANC TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A tragic shooting at a church in Grand Blanc Township on Sunday left four people dead and several others injured. The FBI has classified the incident as an “act of targeted violence,” with federal officials indicating that they are actively collecting intelligence and interviewing witnesses to piece together the events that unfolded.
Acting Special Agent Reuben Coleman announced at a press conference that agents had initiated searches at other local churches and locations in response to multiple reports of possible threats.
