Elele, Nigeria — A chaotic outbreak at Elele Roundabout in the Ikwerre Local Government Area has resulted in injuries to four individuals and the arrest of a suspect, the Rivers State Police Command reported. Meanwhile, authorities have initiated a manhunt for the remaining assailants, some of whom have been identified as members of a local vigilante group known as OSPAC.
