SENECA, Kan. — Authorities in Seneca, Kansas have arrested a 66-year-old Tulsa, Oklahoma man following the fatal shooting of a local priest. The tragedy took place outside the residence of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, shaking the small community to its core.
Gary L. Hermesch was detained soon after the incident that led to the death of Father Arul Carasala, who succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
