Burnsville, Minnesota will honor the memory of the police officers and first responder who lost their lives in a tragic shooting earlier this month. The public service to remember the fallen heroes, police officers Paul Elmstrand, Matthew Ruge, and paramedic and firefighter Adam Finseth, will take place at Grace Church in Eden Prairie.
