Three people have now faced prosecution as courts continue resolving allegations from the girl’s November 2024 disappearance.
MILWAUKEE — Prosecutors have charged another person in the investigation surrounding the kidnapping and sexual assault of a 13-year-old Milwaukee girl, expanding a case that has already resulted in prison sentences for Antonio Randolph and Davion Wilder.
The additional charge shows that the legal fallout from the girl’s November 2024 disappearance is continuing even as the first two prosecutions reach sentencing. Wilder recently received seven years in prison for his role, while Randolph was sentenced in October 2025 to 15 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision.
Authorities have not released enough information in the reporting reviewed for this article to fully describe the latest defendant’s alleged conduct or the precise charge. The new case remains separate from the completed prosecutions, and the filing of a charge does not establish guilt.
The investigation began after the 13-year-old disappeared following an encounter at a gas station near North 50th Street and West Lisbon Avenue on Nov. 18, 2024. A criminal complaint said Randolph met her there before he and another man took her to a residence near North 46th Street and West Lisbon Avenue.
Prosecutors said the girl was sexually assaulted and later confined in the basement of Randolph’s grandmother’s home on North 95th Street. The complaint alleged that she was not allowed to call her parents. The child remained missing until Nov. 20, when she returned to the gas station area and was recognized by a family friend.
Court filings said Wilder, who was known to investigators by a nickname before he was identified, picked up Randolph and the girl during that period. Prosecutors alleged that Wilder assaulted her in a vehicle after dropping Randolph off. He later left her with Randolph near the gas station, according to the complaint.
Wilder was charged in December 2024 with second-degree sexual assault of a child under 16. He was taken into custody after a warrant was issued. His recent seven-year prison sentence made him the second defendant ordered to serve time in the investigation.
Randolph’s case was resolved first. Court records showed that he pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault of a child in October 2025. A judge imposed 15 years of confinement and 10 years of extended supervision, with credit for time he had already spent in custody.
The separate cases illustrate how prosecutors can divide one investigation into several proceedings when allegations involve different people, locations and acts. A conviction or plea in one case does not automatically determine the outcome of another, and each defendant is entitled to challenge the evidence filed against that person.
The girl has not been publicly identified. Authorities and news organizations generally withhold the identities of children who report sexual assault. No further information about her current condition has been released.
The newest prosecution is now the unresolved part of the investigation. Court filings will determine what allegations the person faces, while any future conviction or sentence will depend on the evidence and subsequent proceedings.
