Local police issued an arrest warrant for Ariel Monae Walters, 29, after she reportedly stabbed her 30-year-old husband in Lakewood, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland. The victim was left beaten and stabbed in a local park.

Authorities promptly launched an Amber Alert for the missing child, identified as Choice Walters, and have been tirelessly searching for her since the incident occurred. The Lakewood Police Department says the 1-year-old was taken from 12511 Clifton Blvd. in Lakewood. It was 2:20 in the morning when she was last seen. Capt. Despite their attempts to contact Walters and her family members, her whereabouts remain unknown. Officials did confirm that the police made contact with Ariel several times; however, she refused to cooperate with authorities and declined to turn herself in.
