Murder Charge Filed Against Woman in Harris County Shooting Case

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities have charged a 25-year-old woman, Joikeira K. Keys, with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of 21-year-old Ashley Holmes back in February. Holmes was discovered with a gunshot wound at a residence on Doubletree Park Drive in the 22300 block by Harris County Precinct 4 deputies.
