MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas — An 18-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 19-year-old near The Woodlands, intensifying scrutiny as he was already on bond for a separate murder charge. The suspect, Isaiah Mayham, allegedly killed John Dennis Holmes III on July 16.
