Murder Suspect Arrested in Sherrelwood Neighborhood After Father Found Dead

Adams County, Colorado – A 30-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of his 64-year-old father, who was found with an apparent stab wound at their home in the Sherrelwood neighborhood, law enforcement officials reported on Wednesday.

The suspect, identified as Connor Allen Paige, was apprehended in Elbert County by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office following the discovery of his father’s body in unincorporated Adams County. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of family by the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
