Murderous Livestream: Man Watches ‘Friend’s’ Death Unfold in Gruesome Act

Las Vegas, Nevada – A disturbing case has emerged in Las Vegas, where a mortgage trader stands accused of orchestrating the murder of one of his friends while live-streaming the heinous act. Stefan Jakubov, age 29, allegedly directed the killer to beat the victim to death in front of a camera for his viewing pleasure.

Jakubov was taken into custody earlier this month and now faces multiple charges, including open murder, robbery, and tampering with evidence, in connection with the 2023 killing of Aaron Chavez. The accused reportedly enlisted his friend Gino Julian to carry out the brutal attack on Chavez, who was found dead in a Las Vegas home in August of last year.

According to investigators, the house where the murder took place was equipped with a camera that allowed Jakubov to watch the violent act unfold in real-time. Text messages between Jakubov and Julian were obtained, revealing chilling exchanges where Jakubov allegedly instructed Julian to harm Chavez.

Furthermore, reports indicate that Chavez may have been involved in Ponzi schemes and had scammed several individuals out of money, making him a target for retribution. Julian, the alleged assailant, mentioned that Chavez’s fraudulent activities had angered many people and led to his demise.

The disturbing nature of the crime was further evidenced by videos found on Julian’s phone, showing him assaulting Chavez before wrapping his body in blankets in the desert. The accused killer is heard expressing remorse in a video, but the chilling footage captures the callousness of his actions.

As the case unfolds, Jakubov remains in custody at the Clark County Detention Center on a significant bond. His attorney expressed confidence in his client’s eventual exoneration, emphasizing Jakubov’s anticipation of a fair trial. The elaborate scheme that led to Chavez’s tragic end continues to shock the community as legal proceedings progress.
