David Gabaldon, 41, was driving his usual route along Coors Boulevard when he picked up two passengers. Tensions flared after an older passenger criticized his punctuality, sparking a heated exchange.
Gabaldon halted the bus, demanding the passenger disembark, which frustrated other riders. Raymond Coan, another passenger, intervened, leading to a verbal clash that quickly turned physical.
Video footage shows Coan allegedly throwing the first punch, prompting Gabaldon to use pepper spray. Although they separated briefly, the conflict reignited outside the bus.
