The deadly incident occurred on February 15, 2018, when police discovered Dickinson, 34, and Frazier, 29, fatally shot in a parked vehicle in Burtonsville. The victims were found inside a white Audi SUV, its engine still running, with Dickinson seated in the driver’s position and Frazier in the passenger seat. Authorities believe the shooting stemmed from a drug transaction involving heroin that had gone awry.
