Los Angeles, California – Police are on the lookout for a 38-year-old man wanted for his involvement in a violent road-rage incident that took place at Los Angeles International Airport. The incident occurred on May 31, just before 9:30 a.m., as shown by surveillance footage from LAX cameras. In the video, an elderly woman was knocked unconscious in the street.
The disturbing footage reveals the elderly victim checking her luggage near three other individuals. Suddenly, two men engaged in a physical altercation fueled by road rage rushed towards the woman and brutally struck her in the head, leaving her with severe injuries. Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department rushed her to the hospital in critical condition.
Following the incident, one of the suspects in the altercation, who appears shirtless in the surveillance video, surrendered to the police and was arrested. However, the authorities are still searching for the other man, identified as Jasan Givens Sr. Givens is known to drive a silver Chevrolet sedan with the license plate 5UAL384, which reportedly has damage to the front passenger door.
Unfortunately, both individuals involved in the attack failed to provide any aid to the victim afterwards. LAPD Detective Scott Danielson expressed shock at the lack of assistance, emphasizing that the victim could easily have been someone’s mother or grandmother. The woman has since been released from the hospital, although details about the extent of her injuries have not been disclosed.
