HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – A woman was injured in a shooting incident on Healthland Drive Saturday night. Huntsville Police responded to reports of gunfire around 10 p.m. and found the victim at 1010 Healthland Drive. She was rushed to the hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
Following their investigation, authorities located the suspect’s vehicle. Police attempted to approach the driver near Memorial Parkway and University Drive, but the individual tried to escape. A brief pursuit ensued, leading to the suspect’s vehicle coming to a stop in front of a parking lot at 4710 University Drive.
