Carrollwood, FL — An 18-year-old has been charged with second-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder following a deadly shooting at a local park basketball court. Anthony Cabrera Morales was arrested for the Tuesday evening incident which resulted in the death of 19-year-old Brian Jones and left another man wounded, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
