Julio Cesar Alvarado Dubon Sentenced to 16 Months in Prison and Deported After Plotting 2022 Mass Shooting

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Julio Cesar Alvarado Dubon, previously accused of plotting a mass shooting in Richmond, Virginia on Independence Day, was sentenced in federal court for a firearm charge on Thursday, Jan. 25. According to court documents, Dubon has been sentenced to 16 months in prison for possessing a firearm while in the country illegally.
