RENO, Nev. – The Washoe County coroner has identified one of the victims killed in a double homicide in Stead early this month. The medical examiner’s office confirmed that 39-year-old Justin Reid was the first victim. He was the father of the suspected shooter, 17-year-old Mashenka Reid, who is now facing murder charges.
