FORT BRAGG, California – Mark David Schwinghammer, also known by his adopted name of Robert Wayne Sweet, age 41, was sentenced to 25 years to life in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for the murder of his half-brother, Timothy Dalton Sweet.
