St. Jude Employee Murder Suspect Released After Judge’s Decision

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A St. Jude researcher was killed in a robbery in November. One of the suspects, Brandy Rucker, had her charges of first-degree murder and other felonies dismissed Wednesday. The judge ruled there was not enough evidence to hold her. Rucker and her co-defendant, Marious Ward, both faced murder and aggravated robbery charges.
