RALEIGH, N.C. – A suspected mass shooter in Raleigh, North Carolina, was found to have a stockpile of weapons and ammunition during his arrest, according to a warrant. The suspect, identified as Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, was taken into custody after the shooting at a shopping mall in Boulder, Colorado.
