PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 17-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the abduction and sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl in Philadelphia, an incident that has sent shockwaves through the community. The suspect was apprehended at his residence in West Philadelphia following a rapid police investigation.
The troubling series of events began on a Friday evening when the suspect allegedly stole a Ford Taurus that was left running with the keys in the ignition at the corner of Germantown and Erie Avenues. The suspect was unaware that a young girl was asleep in the back seat of the vehicle when he drove away.
