Tragedy Unfolds in SW Miami-Dade: Man Kills Elderly Parents and Partner Before Committing Suicide

Miami, Florida – A tragic incident unfolded in southwest Miami-Dade when a 62-year-old man, identified as Jesus Regueira Jr., shot and killed his elderly parents, his partner, and then took his own life in a murder-suicide. The victims were identified as 83-year-old Jesus Regueira Sr., 84-year-old Mercedes Morato, and 61-year-old Kyrsten Stahre, who was believed to be the man’s wife by family members.

The distressing discovery was made by Miami-Dade Police after a welfare check was requested at the home in Kendale Lakes on Sunday afternoon. The bodies of all four individuals were found, with a gun lying next to Regueira Jr.’s body.
