Cleveland, OH — A tragic incident unfolded in Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn neighborhood Thursday evening, resulting in a deadly shooting that left two dead and two others seriously injured. Authorities arrived at the scene on the 2700 block of Natchez Avenue around 5 p.m. after reports of gunfire erupted.

Police discovered three victims with gunshot wounds upon arrival.
