Tragic Turn in Waterhen First Nation: Young Man Charged with Second-Degree Murder After Fatal Incident

Waterhen, Saskatchewan — Authorities have arrested a 24-year-old man on charges of second-degree murder following a fatal incident at a residence in the Waterhen First Nation.
