Durham, North Carolina – Four suspects appeared in court on Monday in relation to the shooting death of 19-year-old Semar Barbour. Barbour was found dead in Morrisville last November, and the Williams siblings, Phillip and Nakia, face charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in connection with his death.
