Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – A tragic murder-suicide took place in the Grays Ferry neighborhood when two individuals were found shot dead in a home on the 1300 block of South 30th Street on Monday afternoon. The victims were identified as Ondria Glaze, a 36-year-old teacher, and Richard Harper, a 42-year-old man who police believe committed suicide.
