Murder Suspect Accused of Beating Victim to Death in Asheville Incident

Asheville, North Carolina – Authorities in Asheville have charged a 55-year-old man with first-degree murder after he was accused of beating another man to death at Compass Point Village. The victim, identified as 72-year-old Robert Earl Griggs, was found deceased at the scene.
