Petrol Station Worker Brutally Attacked by Snapchat-Thug Gang in Stockport, Leading to Jail Sentences for Attackers

Stockport, England – A shocking Snapchat video has emerged, capturing the disturbing moment when a group of hooded individuals viciously attacked a shop worker at a petrol station. The video, shared on social media, shows the staff member being punched, kicked, and stomped on during a violent assault and robbery that took place in the early hours of July 29, 2021, at a location on Wellington Road South in Stockport.

The footage played a crucial role in leading the authorities to identify and apprehend the perpetrators involved in the attack. Police were able to track down and arrest Kausar Amin, Bradley Maphosa, Tyler Garforth, and Riley Richardson in connection to the incident. The assault was captured on camera as the shop worker was threatened from the forecourt before the assailants barged into the store, hurling objects at the victim and subjecting him to physical violence.

As the victim cowered in fear, the attackers continued to assault him, eventually fleeing the scene with stolen goods worth £600. Following their arrest, Amin, Maphosa, Garforth, and Richardson faced legal consequences for their actions. Amin received a two-year prison sentence for robbery, while his accomplices were also convicted and handed down various penalties ranging from imprisonment to community service.

Detective constable Lucy Williams expressed satisfaction in holding the perpetrators accountable for their unprovoked and violent actions. The bravery of the victim and the assistance from the community were instrumental in bringing about justice in this case. Garforth and Richardson were ordered to perform community service and undergo rehabilitation programs as part of their sentencing, emphasizing the severe repercussions of their criminal behavior.
